Bobby Carrol Elkins, 75, of Columbus, passed away at 6:10 p.m. Monday, November 12, 2018, at his home surrounded by his family. He enjoyed playing most when his girls and grandkids came to hear him perform. Visitation will be 2 – 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Westport Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Reins to Recovery Inc. in memory of Bobby.
