Bobby R. Wells April 21, 1935 - July 02, 2009 Bobby R. Wells, 74, of Timbercrest Drive, died at 7:20 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2009, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Bobby was employed at Car Quest and was a retired sales representative. He was a long time race car owner, mechanic and fan. He was a member of First Christian Church and enjoyed cooking and his pets. Born April 21, 1935 in England Arkansas, he was the son of Leonard R. and Ellen Smith Wyant. He married Marilyn J. Anderson Feb. 25, 1953. Survivors include sons, Ron (Bev) Wells of Fort Wayne and Randy (Jeri Evanoff) Wells of Columbus; daughters, Pam (Steve) Diebolt of Columbus and Debbie (Bruce) Tandy of North Vernon; grandchildren, Yolanda Smith-Eddelman, Kieona Eder, Amanda Hupp, Matthew Diebolt, Bobby Wells, Lindsay Wells, Andrew Diebolt, Bryan Wells and Samantha Irving; great-grandchildren, Zarek England, Zenethia England, Tara England, Jacob McKee, Michael Goodin, Logan Michael, Haven Eddelman, April Hupp, Charles Hupp, Jacara Hupp, Dakota Diebolt, Jon Eder, Brayton Eder, Ashley Eder, Makenna England, Nolan Diebolt, Joseph Lutes, Zach Lutes, Noah Downing, Josh Lutes, Madeline Brown and Graham Brown. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Marilyn on May 14, 2008; a granddaughter, Carol McKee; a great-granddaughter, Ellen McKee and an infant brother, Gene Wells. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 1 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2009 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. VISITATION: 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and from noon until service time Monday. BURIAL: Garland Brook Cemetery.
