Bodhisattva Isabella Pacek, 3 months, passed away in her sleep Sunday night August 2, 2020.
Bodhisattva was born April 26, 2020, in Columbus, the daughter of Kyle Pacek and Tiffany Slachter. She was a happy baby and enjoyed swinging, watching her sisters play, being held by her mom and dad, drinking her bottles and playing with her stuffed elephant at tummy time.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, August 10, 2020, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Lew Wilson officiating. Calling will be noon to service time Monday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery.
All visitors are recommended to wear face masks.
Survivors include her parents and three sisters.
