West and Helen Mitchell West. She married Arthur Lew Purtlebaugh June 23, 1968. Survivors include her husband; sons, James Arthur Purtlebaugh and Kevin Lee Purtlebaugh, both of Columbus; three brothers; and a grandchild, Devin Lee Purtlebaugh. She was preceded in death by her parents.
