If tears could build a stairway, and memories a lane, we'd walk right up to Heaven, and bring you home again. Born in Columbus April 15, 1949, Mrs. Purtlebaugh was the daughter of James A. West and Helen Mitchell West. She married Arthur Lew Purtlebaugh June 23, 1968. Survivors include her husband; sons, James Arthur Purtlebaugh and Kevin Lee Purtlebaugh, both of Columbus; three brothers; and a grandchild, Devin Lee Purtlebaugh. She was preceded in death by her parents.
