We used to be friends a decade ago and before. I was a family friend of (her son) Cayden’s dad and his family, I am friends with her brothers Tyler and Brandon, and she was my around the block neighbor for most of my school years. I knew all of them from school. We used to be friends and babysit each other’s infant children a decade ago but we parted ways because of her private personal struggle. I’d talk to her every few years check up on her from time to time I’d never stop thinking about her and praying that she could find her way back again. It’s heartbreaking that her life was cut short so soon after having found her way back again but there is comfort in knowing she did it. Her last time spent on this earth was well spent. I will remember her as a mother.

I will remember Brittany as the most beautiful little girl. Big brown eyes, curls all around her head. My Husband Walt and I enjoyed seeing her. Walt is gone now, but I am sure he will show Brittany the way around Heaven.
