Brittney Jean Horn-Turner October 22, 2010 Brittney J. Horn-Turner, 23, of Daughtery Street, died at 9:50 a.m., Friday, October, 22, 2010, at Columbus Regional Hospital. She was born in Columbus on March 20, 1987 to Darin Ty Horn and Mary A. Jacoby Horn. After Brittney graduated from high school, she was involved in ROTC. She had a huge heart and was loved by everyone. She is survived by; sons, Ty N. Turner and Coby S. Dampier, both of Columbus; a daughter, Kendall S. Turner, of Columbus; her mother, Mary A. Jacoby Horn, of Columbus; sisters, Kristina A. Horn and Timberly K. Horn, both of Columbus and Kara S. Castleberry of Fla.; grandparents, Bob W. and Gloria J. Holland of Columbus and Doris J. Horn of Evansville; great-grandmother, Dorothy Storey, of Seymour; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Darin Ty Horn, in 2003; a step-father, Kevin Gray; grandfather Doug Jacoby; an aunt, Jeanette Upchurch; and many other friends and family. Funeral Information FUNERAL: Will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Reeves officiating. VISITATION: Will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, and from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. BURIAL: Will be at Bethel Baptist Cemetery.
