Survivors include daughters, Gail Fields and Sondra Moore, both of Columbus; a sister Nancy Petro of Seymour; a brother, Donald Colvin of Columbus; grandchildren Melissa Cross and Amanda Fields; Great-Grandchildren Amber Cross, Zachary Ogilvie, and Jessie Fields. Carolyn was born December 31, 1929 in Columbus, Indiana to Clarence and Verna Colvin. She married John Olmsted. She loved to read. Carolyn was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband on March 28, 1982, and her parents. Funeral Information VISITATION: Monday April 10, 2006 from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 10:00 until the time of services. FUNERAL: Tuesday April 11, 2006 at 11:00.
