Catherine Emma Robinette June 15, 1932 - April 15, 2010 Catherine Emma Robinette, 77, of Shields Drive, died at 12:55 a.m. Thursday, April 15, 2010, at Columbus Regional Hospital. Mrs. Robinette was a lifelong homemaker and a member of Friendship General Baptist Church of East Alton, Ill. Arrangements were made by Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, June 15, 1932, Mrs. Robinette was the daughter of James and Verda Bridges. She married Walter Robinette Dec. 18, 1954. He preceded her in death. Surviving are daughters, Diane (Chet) Taylor of Columbus and Lisa Napoli of Potosi, Missouri; grandchildren, Scott Taylor of Riverview, Fla., Carrie Taylor of Bozeman, Montana, Emily Shewmake of St. Louis, Missouri, and Alex Napoli of Potosi, Missouri; a great-grandchild, Amelia Taylor-Klatt of Bozeman, Montana; and a brother, George Bridges of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, David Robinette. Funeral Information MEMORIAL SERVICE: 11 a.m. Sunday at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Bethalto, Ill.
