Charles E. Green, 76, of Chapa Drive, died at 5:45 a.m. Feb. 8, 2016, at Silver Oaks Health Campus. Survivors include his nieces, Lori Eng of McCordsville, Indiana and Tana Reid of Jeffersonville. He was preceded in death by his brother, Russell L. Green.

Dear Girls, I was so saddened to read of Charlies passing. I cant tell you the many times I have thought of Charlie thru the years. He had his own “Charming Charlie” ways and always that fun, fun sense of humor and his constant teasing of me, Ill always hold dear. I never have a birthday without thinking of him as he always remembered mine and was quick to remind me of how old Id be. Wed always laugh as he said Id helped him get his first bachelor pad when he came to Greentree. Your precious Grandmother would always laugh about that too! What special people your Grandmother, your Dad and Charlie were. I smile thinking of how much brighter heaven is today and the sweet rejoicing there is among them.
