Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I always appreciated how Chuck made the complex simple. He seemed a man of common sence and integrity who had a mind for detail.

  2. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of sorrow. May Chuck’s memories be of great comfort to you. With deepest sympathy and friendship

  3. I am very sorry to hear about Chuck’s passing. I worked with Chuck for many years at State Farm. We presented countless meetings together. I truly had a great appreciation for Chuck and his knowledge of the business. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

  4. Chuck And I and a few other “lucky” men from Ashtabula county were drafted together and were sent to Fort Campbell Ky. for basic training. We became good friends-misery loves company. As I recall Chuck was later to become Chaplains assistant. I was sent to the infantry and on to Nam(Chuck told me not to tell the Army that I liked camping). Chuck would write me there and those letters were truly wonderful moral boosters. It was great to hear what was happening “back in the world”! After the Army, life happened but I never forgot my old friend and always wondered what became of him. Now I know-he had a good life albeit way too short. He was truly a rare quality person. My sincerest condolences. Mike Schmidt

  5. Lou, so sorry to hear about Chuck’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Betty and Denis

  6. Very sorry to hear about Chuck’s passing. Chuck was one of the folks at State Farm who trained me in my current role. I loved working with and talking to Chuck about everything and anything. It was my honor and pleasure to have known him.

  7. Chuck, I will miss you dearly but know that you live forever in my heart and in my many memories. I imagine you now sitting at the card table with all the “Aunts” looking down on us. Your cousin, Janet
