Wednesday at the funeral home MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS: Charles Wayne Wiley Memorial Fund Wayne was born July 1, 1939 in Seymour, the son of Ed and Cathleen Helt Wiley. Being a "jack of all trades", Wayne worked many jobs throughout his life. He worked as a carpenter, an electrician, and a plumber. Wayne enjoyed hunting, collecting antiques, spending time with his friends, and mushroom hunting. The funeral will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Pastor Larry Coon officiating. Calling will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Springer Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Charles Wayne Wiley Memorial Fund through the funeral home. Survivors include his daughters Laura (Larry) Guthrie of Nineveh, Indiana, Rhonda (Tim) Blandford of Seymour, Indiana; a son Clint (Sondie) Wiley of Elizabethtown, Indiana; sisters Karen (Chris) Crawl of Columbus, Alma (Keith Guthrie) Wiley & Virginia (Ronnie) Eckert both of Elizabethtown, Peggy Wiley of Los Angeles, California; a brother Denny (Dottie) Wiley of Derry, New Hampshire; a sister-in-law Kathie Wiley of Englewood, Florida, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Ed & Cathleen Helt Wiley; and a brother Dale Wiley.
