Survivors include his parents, Elijah Blane and Jamie Marie Lowe, of Columbus; grandparents, James and Tisha Krueger, of Seymour, Patricia and Doyle Lowe, of Columbus; great grandparents, Robert and Donna Toborg, of Seymour, and Jim and Nancy Mahoney, of Columbus.
