She enjoyed spending time with her family. Born in Bartholomew County June 9, 1966, Mrs. Neibel was the daughter of the late Mary Brown. She married Roger Allen Neibel in 1991. Survivors include her husband; sons, Nick and Justin Neibel of Columbus; stepdaughters, Allyson Colvin of Columbus and Melissa Wall of Spencer; a brother, Randall Wesley of Columbus; and a sister, Teresa Wesley Huntsman of North Vernon. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Glenn Poynter and the Rev. J.C. Brown officiating.
