Darlene, I enjoyed you so much when we worked at Cummins. You were so much fun to be around. I am sure you had many friends and loved ones waiting for you when you walked through Heavens door. RIP Darlene. You will be greatly missed.
Darlene, I believe you are in heaven reunited with your Mom and Dad whom you loved and missed so much; in perfect health; laughing with that great laugh; always watching over Zachary, Marcus, and Macy who you loved so much and meant so much to you; and are at peace in the arms of your Savior, Jesus Christ. I will miss you my friend, we had some fun
times. Rest in peace.

Darlene, you took such great care of my mom while she was in the nursing home. Watching out for her and protecting her from that monster of a warden at Keepsake Village. Thank you so much for all you did not only for my mother, but for so many others. You were their angel when they had no voice!!

I grew up with Darlene and her family, they were all wonderful people. She made the people around her better.
Darlene, thank you for remembering me when I moved to Wisconsin by calling and sending cards. Also, thank you for being a good friend to the residents of Keepsake Village. Rest in peace my sweet friend. Mary Fisher.

She was one of the most kind-hearted people I’ve ever met. She helped me a lot. She is the reason I got the job at Keepsake. The second I walked in the door she took one look at me and saw me talking to a resident and said “I like her! I want her to work here!” and went straight into the office to recommend me. I encouraged her to branch out, be more independent, and live her life….but, only because she encouraged me to do so much more. She was the only person who cared enough about me to send cards and check on me. She made everyone around her feel loved and welcome.

My awesome “Work Wife”.. I will miss you soooo much!!!! I am VERY blessed to be your friend for almost 30 years!!! I will always remember and cherish the fun memories and road trips, dinners, working on your computers, cell phones, decorating your apartment, and everything else that was on your honey-do list. 🙂 .. I’m so glad I saved some voicemails so I can hear your voice over and over again. See you in Heaven some day!!! -MIKE-
