Darrell G. Siegelin

Darrell G. Siegelin, 77, of North Vernon, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. He was born on July 1, 1941 in Brazil, Indiana to Melvin and Catherine Siegelin. He married Lizbeth L. Hayworth. Darrell retired from Cummins Engine Company. He was an auctioneer and was the owner of Siegelin Furniture, Mattress in North Vernon. He loved his dogs, riding motorcycles, poker and enjoyed being outdoors. Visitation will be from 1:00 to  4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.  A Private inurnment will be conducted at a later date by Joe Wyatt. Darrell is survived by his wife, Lizbeth; daughter, Darla (Jeff Bailey) Hill of Columbus; stepchildren, Aaron (Michelle) Grissom of North Vernon and Beth (Jamie) Overton of Milton, KY; brothers, Bill Siegelin of FL and Jim Siegelin of Brazil, IN; sister, Madonna McCord of Brazil, IN; grandchildren, James Hunter Hill, Erin and Raegan Grissom, Morgan and Emma Overton; Darrell is also survived by, Linda and Ann Hayworth. Darrell was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Catherin Siegelin.
