  1. I’m so very sorry to hear your loss of David.. He was really a nice man.. we were neighborshbors when were kids on Brooks Street. David, his brother, Steve and neighbors kids ,we get together and ride our bikes together.. We had alot of fun days, and also went to school together, too!! All of you, are in our thoughts, and prayers!!! God has gained another special angel, up in heaven!! David, Rip… Your long time friend, Patsy Tudor Cox

  2. Eric, Mara, Phyllis, Steve, Melissa and the Grandchildren…I am so sorry for your loss. I have been blessed to know David since 1959. Over the years we rarely saw each other as our lives took different directions. We rekindled our friendship after Ann’s passing and we have shared hours of conversations and memories via phone and the internet since. During David’s recent hospital stay we were able to talk and we were looking forward to his rehab and homecoming. We spoke of him “being home for his birthday”. And…with his passing, he is home, just not the home we had in mind. Treasure the memories in the upcoming days and know one day we will see him again! Y’all are in my thoughts and prayers.

  3. David was a fine man. I owe my career at Interstate Brands to him. Thank-you sir. Also David and Ann were good friends of my parents(Don and Dottie Spalding) I remember many happy times spent with them both at my parents farm.
