Delores A. Wright, 74, of Shadow Bend Drive, died at 8 a.m. February 25, 2020, at her home. Delores was born August 16, 1945, in Cornettsville, Kentucky, the daughter of Luther and Mary Arrowood Singleton. She married Roger Ozbun and he preceded her in death. She was also married to Danny F. Wright who survives. She was previously employed at Cardinal Food Service, Arvin Industries and Gecom Corp. Delores had been appointed a Kentucky Colonel. She enjoyed quilting, fishing, gardening, mushroom hunting, cooking, NASCAR and watching the Kentucky Wildcats. The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 29, 2020, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. James Burden officiating. Calling will be 5 – 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service Saturday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Premier Hospice, Attention: Bereavement Program, 2856 East Buick Cadillac Blvd, Bloomington, Indiana 47401, in memory of Delores. Survivors include her children, Vickie L. (Brent) Rose of Columbus, Ric (Jenny) Ozbun of Columbus, R.J. (Bellaly) Ozbun of Columbus, and stepson, Greg Wright of Greenwood; brother, Gary Singleton of Osgood, and sisters, Sandra Beihle of Commisky, Connie (Norman) Kappes of Osgood and Patricia (Ralph) Schneider of Osgood; 18 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and former husband, Danny F. Wright. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Paul, James, Alan and Bill Singleton; and a grandson, Robert Ozbun.

    Your mom was so special to me . She loved and nurtured me as a baby . For that I will always be thankful to her . Her life was not the easiest but alway know that she loved and cherished you all very much . As you go forward keep all of your wonderful memories and know that she is at peace and smiling down on you .
