Dugan of Edinburgh; wife, Debra Ault Dugan of Columbus; daughters, Whitni Dugan of Nineveh, Katelyn Dugan of Edinburgh; sisters, Dina (Eric) Gossman and Dawna (Joyce Rowe) Dugan both of Perry, Georgia; a brother, Dan (Suzanne) Dugan of Bargersville; and four grandchildren.Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Dugan and former wife, Tami Dugan.
