BURIAL: Rest Haven Cemetery. MEMORIALS: Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses. Donald Clyde King, 60, of Walnut Street, Hope, died Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at his home. He was born September 19, 1953, the son of John William and Helen McElroy King. Donald was employed at Core Capital Truck Parts. He loved NASCAR, working on computers, horse racing, playing video games and his dog, Scooter. He is survived by a daughter, Jessica Medina of Seymour; grandchildren, Jacob Medina, Shawnta Medina and Heather Hernandez; brothers, Larry King, Johnny King and Steve King, all of Kentucky, and Lindley (Tammy) King of Hope; sisters, Kathleen (Charles) McCarty of Columbus, Linda (Tom) Dunigan of Indianapolis, Mary (William) Burris of Columbus, and Janet Hughes of Hope; and his best friend, Pete Burton. Donald was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ronald, Timothy, David, and Christopher King; and sisters, Martha Powers and Dorothy Smith.
