Donna Sue White June 14, 1938 - March 04, 2009 Donna Sue White, 70, died at her home in Winter Haven, Fla. of heart failure Wednesday, March 4, 2009 after a long battle with cancer. Born in Columbus on June 4, 1938, she moved to Winter Haven in 1987. She was a licensed practical nurse at Columbus Regional Hospital before the move and then at Winter Haven Hospital. She was a 10-year member of the Winter Haven Optimist Club and a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Winter Haven. Mrs. White is survived by her husband, Harold Keith White of Winter Haven; sons, Gerald Keith (Shannon) White of Coon Rapids, Minn. and Timothy Daniel (Donna Marie) White of Hertford, N.C.; a daughter, Diana Dawn (David) Appel of Bloomington, Ind.; a sister, Nancy Jo Hunter of southern Florida; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral Information FUNERAL: Will be conducted by Pastor John McKay Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bethel Baptist Church. VISITATION: Will be Wednesday, March 11, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home and on Thursday from 10:00 until time of services at the church.
