Doty was always super nice to me at work. Taught me a lot of things, even when no one asked her to, and if I asked her how something was done, she’d take a moment to explain, even if she was in a hurry. She even came back after her shift was already over once to help me when her relief was late and I was on my own and got overwhelmed. She may have seemed curt to someone who didn’t know her, but that was just because she didn’t put up with nonsense or excuses. When you got to know her, Doty was a genuinely kind and helpful person, and I’ll miss her dearly and will always wish I’d gotten the chance to get to know her better. Rest well, Doty. You deserve it.
You will always be remembered by Stevie Huddleston I loved you for real, you was a great person
I JUST found out about this from a friend. There are disadvantages of not reading the paper. I remember when she worked at the Big Cheese, and the last time I saw her (and that was after years of not seeing her) was like at the Westside Walmart
I’m sorry Carolyn and Pat.
