Dwight Merrill Neville March 21, 1933 - August 13, 2006 Dwight Merrill Neville, 73, of Elizabeth Street, died at 5:50 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 13, 2006 at Columbus Regional Hospital. Mr. Neville retired from Cummins Engine Company after 33 years of service. He was an Air Force veteran serving in Korea. He was a member of the Murat Shrine and Bartholomew County Shrine Club where he served as past president. He was a member and treasurer of the Elizabethtown Masonic Lodge #249 and the American Legion Post # 24. Born March 21, 1933 in Bartholomew County, Mr. Neville was the son of William Franklin Frank and Myrle Alberta Miller Neville. He is survived by a daughter, Debbie (Jim) Howe of Columbus; sons, Jim "Nubs" (Dawn) Neville of Columbus, Mark Red Neville, of Columbus and Rusty (Joyce) Neville, of Columbus; brothers, Maurice (Phyllis) Neville of Greensburg, Earl Dean (Dorothy) Neville of Columbus and Bernard (Paula) Neville of Plainfield;sisters, Lois Wainscott of Shipshewana and Marjorie (Roy) Robbins of Greensburg; grandchildren, Ashley Caldwell, Christina Howe and Tony and David Neville; great-grandchildren; Caden and Kaitlynn Caldwell; step-grandchildren, Eric and Allison Eudy and Leann Berry; step-great-grandchildren, Skylar, Siarra and Dalton Berry, Topanga, Tanessa and Talara Eudy; and a sister-in-law, Janet Coffey of Marietta. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Russell, William Bill and Donald Frank Neville. Funeral Information VISITATION:Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday. There will be a Masonic memorial service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. FUNERAL: The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Haugen officiating. BURIAL: Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery with military graveside services conducted by the Bartholomew County Veterans Color Guard.
