Born in Pineville, Kentucky on July 21, 1929 to Floyd and Cora Hubbard Godsey. He married Betty Mosley on October 9, 1953. Earlen was a retired machinist from Reliance Electric and was a Korean War veteran in the United States Army. Survivors include his wife, sons Earlen D. (Diane) Godsey of Seymour, IN and Roger L. Godsey of Columbus, IN; Sisters Helen Watkins of Columbus, IN and Stella Coomer of Jackson, KY; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren also survive.
