Ernest Bean March 03, 1920 - February 15, 2011 Ernest H. Bean, 90, of Serenity Drive, died at 5 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, at Columbus Health & Rehabilitation Center. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date in Mishawaka. Arrangements were made by Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana or Albright United Methodist Church in Mishawaka. Mr. Bean is survived by his wife, Vera Sonnleitner Bean; a son, Eric (Jane) Bean of Columbus; brothers, Robert (Mary) Bean of Madison, Wis., and Lawrence (Jean) Bean of Ellicott, Md.; a sister, Luella (Warren) Johnson of Madison, Wis.; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Carl Bean.
