Frank Laurel Foley

Frank Laurel Foley, 72, of Columbus, died at 10:17 a.m., Monday, September 13, 2021, at Hickory Creek. Frank was born October 16, 1948 in Shelbyville, the son of Edgar and Dorothy Phillips Foley. Frank loved to Bake. He was a lovable sibling. He will be remembered fondly by Hickory Creek residents as being a pleasant and enjoyable person to be around. The graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2021 at Garland Brook Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Jewell Rittman Family Funeral Home to help with final expenses. Survivors include brothers, Michael, Paul and Clarence Foley and sisters, Pam Foley and Betty Red. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Jack and Edgar Foley, Livinda Dings, Barbara Young and Jessie Belle Foley. Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
