FUNERAL: 8 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Jones officiating. VISITATION: 4 p.m. until the time of the service Thursday. Gary Dale "Gooey" Armstrong, 39, of North County Road 250E, died at 9:30 p.m. July 13, 2014. Survivors include his mother, Sandra K. Rae (Simpson) Armstrong of Clifford; daughter, Chelci (Taylor) Talkington of Columbus; brother, Jonathan L. Weber of Clifford; sister, Jennifer (Clay Estes) Weber of Edinburgh; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold E. Armstrong.
