Mr. Longworth worked 16 years as a shop foreman for welding and metal fabrications at Taylor Brothers Construction before founding his own company, Specialty Welding and Fabricating, in 1998. He was a Marine Corps veteran, attended the Upper Room Full Gospel Church and was a Harley Davidson enthusiast. Born in Columbus Sept. 10, 1954, Mr. Longworth was the son of George and Doris A. Christian Longworth. He is survived by a son, David Longworth of Greenwood; daughters, Summer and Heather Longworth, both of Indianapolis; and sisters, Vivian Walls and Deborah Russell, both of Columbus.
