What a wonderful memory I have of growing up in Mead Village with your dad and all the other loving parents being such awesome role models, protecting us and keeping us in line! Your father is a fine man and a good friend to my parents. May all your wonderful living memories reflect the life he now lives eternally with our Savior and displace this current grief. I have many fond memories of George and Stella. As my Godparents, they were always present at the important Catholic milestones in my life. I still have and cherish the 1923 silver dollar they gave me for Confirmation. George was a good man who had a very positive influence on my childhood. My condolences to the Eckerly family.
