Harlon "Will" Williams April 12, 1944 - July 25, 2009 Harlon Will Williams, 65, of Indiana 7, Elizabethtown, Ind., died at 2:54 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2009, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Will graduated from Columbus High School in 1962. He retired from Cummins Engine Company in March of 2002 after 39 years of service. He was a member of Petersville United Methodist Church. Will enjoyed gardening, photography and woodworking, was an avid race fan and was a member of the Ramblers Camping Club. Mr. Williams was born April 12, 1944, in Columbus, Ind., the son of Harry M. and Marie Emmert Williams of Elizabethtown, Ind. He married Sandra K. Penrose on October 19, 1963. Survivors include his parents; his wife; sons, Alan L. Williams of Elizabethtown, Ind. and Gregory D. (Connie) Williams of Elizabethtown, Ind.; a daughter, Kathryn M. (Bill) Gates of Scipio, Ind.; grandchildren, Evan Williams, Courtney Williams, Morgan Williams, William Gates and Emily Gates; a sister, Karen S. Helton of Elizabethtown, Ind.; and mother-in-law, Ruby K. Penrose of Columbus, Ind. Funeral Information FUNERAL: Will be conducted Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerald Turner officiating. VISITATION: Will be Tuesday, July 28, 2009 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services. BURIAL: Will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
