His legacy of warmth and guidance endures in his great-grandchildren, including Mia, Sam, Eddie, Max, AJ, Karisma, Kambri, Breanna, Ethan, Jackson, Tyson, Weston, Vincent, Emily, Micah, and Charlotte. He also leaves behind his sister, Berniece Carroll. Herman now reunites with his dear departed wife, Dorothy R. (Tedder) Seaborne, in eternal rest.

An exemplar of faith and community service, Herman was a founding member of the Central Heights Church of God. His faith was the bedrock upon which he built his life, inspiring many with his unwavering dedication to service and communal uplift. He led by example, contributing countless hours as a Boy Scout leader, nurturing young minds to grow with integrity and respect for the natural world.
