Catherine Cathy Henry Mathess Miller, 54, of Kensington Square, North Vernon, died at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, November 14, 2009, at her home. Cathy loved animals, children, NASCAR, baseball, reading, gardening, flowers and crocheting. Cathy was born November 15, 1954, in Columbus, Indiana, the daughter of William B. Henry Sr. and Emma Pitcher Henry Ward. Survivors include sons, Jeffery Mathess and Robert L. Mathess, both of North Vernon, Indiana; a sister, Brenda Jane Decker of North Vernon, Indiana; grandchildren, Jonathon Cummings of Corona, Calif. and Zachary Tyler Hillen-burg of Columbus, Ind.; fianc, Marshall T. Lamitinia of Indianapolis; several nieces and nephews, one great-niece and one great-nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Thomas Scott Cummings; a brother, William Henry Boyd, Jr. and a sister, Pamela Lynne Henry Miller. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2009, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. VISITATION: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday,and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
