Jacqueline S. "Jackie" Weddle February 22, 1952 - August 29, 2009 Jacqueline S. Jackie Weddle, 57, of 27th Street, Columbus, Ind., died Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Care Facility. Jackie was a 1970 graduate of Columbus High School. She also graduated from Indiana University. Jackie was a teacher at East High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Mrs. Weddle was born Feb. 22,1952, in Columbus, Ind., the daughter of Lowell and Jean Shireman Minor. She married Steven Weddle. Survivors include sons, Kris Gatewood of Bloomington, Ind. and Carey (Gemma) Weddle of Westfield, Ind.; a daughter, Kelli Gatewood of Indianapolis, Ind.; brothers, Terry (Kristie) Minor of Columbus, Ind. and Rick Eddelman of Martinsville; and a granddaughter due to be born Dec. 23, 2009. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a brother, Tim Minor. Funeral Information FUNERAL: Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Aud officiating.
