James S. Payne, 60, of Columbus died Sunday, December 21, 2008, in Columbus.
Mr. Payne is survived by a son, Kevin A. Payne of Gallatin, Tenn.; daughters, Angela Payne Hilderbrand of Columbus and Stephanie Payne of Nashville, Tenn.; and brothers Larry Payne of Macon, Ariz.;, and Rich Payne of Phoenix.
