Jeffrey Steele February 12, 1955 - February 05, 2007 Jeffrey Lane Steele, 51, of Nineveh, died at 3:40 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5, 2007 at Hospice of South Central Indiana. Mr. Steele was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism and the American Legion Post # 18 in Bloomington. Mr. Steele was born Feb. 12, 1955 in Bloomington, the son of James Richard and Sarah J. Cummings Steele of Bloomington. He married Kimetha Gwen Pottgieser Steele, May 21, 2001. He is survived by his wife, parents, a brother, Richard Anthony (Jenny) Steele of Springville; sisters, Louanne Steele of West Hollywood, CA and Susan Anderson of Ellettsville; an uncle, Dr. Larry Steele of Bloomington; an aunt, Patricia Ello, of McHenry, Ill and a nephew, Jonathon Anderson of Ellettsville. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 7 p.m. Thursday, February 8, 2007 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Marcus Loidolt officiating.
