Joe Ann Hayworth, 91, of Columbus, died at 8:00 PM, November 1, 2020, at her residence. Joe Ann was born June 2, 1929 in Bartholomew Co. IN, the daughter of Louis and Mae (McKain) Williams. Joe Ann was a loving mother and grandmother and was a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church of Columbus. She graduated from Hope High School and worked in the insurance business for 30 years. She enjoyed reading and gardening. Private graveside services will be held Friday November 6, 2020 at Garland Brook Cemetery with the Rev. Howard Boles officiating. Memorials contributions in memory of Joe Ann may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana. She is survived by her sons; Bruce (Maggie) Hayworth of Boise Idaho and Gary (Kathy) Hayworth of Colorado Springs Colorado; daughters; Linda Hayworth and Lizbeth Siegelin, both of Columbus; grandchildren; Aaron (Michelle) Grissom, Beth (James) Overton, Jessica Hayworth, Jeff (Amanda) Hayworth and Justin (Ashley) Hayworth; nine great-grandchildren and special friends Darla Hill and Jeff Bailey. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, John Williams, Reed Williams, James Noble Williams, Louis Williams; sisters Margaret Jean (Williams) Cline, June (Williams) Rhoades, Mary K. (Williams) Lucas, Martha E. (Williams) Taylor and a son-in-law Darrell Siegelin Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.   2. Rick and I were neighbors with Ann and Linda for many years and loved talking over our back yards. They watched our house as we would go back and forth to Florida. She was always proud of her age! We missed them when we moved permanently. I am sure Linda will miss her mother and we will too! Rick and Carol McCullough
