Johnny Mack Brown

Johnny Mack Brown, 68, of Columbus passed away on August 16, 2023, at his residence. Johnny was born on January 5, 1955, to the late Edward Brown and Ruby Frasier Perry. He was united in marriage to Denise Johnson Brown on June 2, 1983. Johnny worked in the sanitation department for the City of Columbus for several years and also did extensive yard and maintenance work. He enjoyed working on bicycles and lawnmowers. Johnny had a wonderful heart and never knew a stranger. Johnny is survived by his wife Denise of the home, his son, Brad (Mandy) Brown, daughter, Casey (Jonathan) Coleman, his brother, Danny Brown; sister, Sandra Blair; grandchildren, Trevor Graham, Courtney Graham, Bobbie Burton, Keisha (Jalen) Maley, Paige Brown, and his great-grandson Mason Graham. Preceding him in death are his parents, brother, Billy Brown, and his sisters, Joann McBride, Betty Lou Lankey, and Martha Watkins. No services are scheduled at this time.
