Judith Carol Spencer

FUNERAL:  1 p.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Marvin Brown officiating. VISITATION:  11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. BURIAL:  Garland Brook Cemetery. Judith Carol Spencer, 78, of Central Avenue, died at 4:05 a.m. February 14, 2018, at Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation. Judith was born October 20, 1939, in Columbus, the daughter of George and Marcia Clark Foist. She married Norman Spencer January 13, 1962, and he preceded her in death November 28, 2015. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading newspapers, watching game shows and NASCAR. Judith loved spending time with, and helping, her family; especially when she was visiting the grand and great-grand babies. The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Marvin Brown officiating. Calling will be 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery. Survivors include her daughters, Marcia Bryant, Sherry Wagaman and Melissa Ryan, all of Columbus; son, Craig Spencer of Michigan; sister, Janet (Raymond) Ramey of North Vernon; granddaughter, Cassaundra Wagaman; and great-grandchildren, Skyler Brock, Logan Foreman, Dakota Foreman and Serinity Watkins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother and three sisters.
