As Aunt Katie has been a light of spirit and loving heart in her community and in my life, I light this virtual candle as a flame resonating to her spirit who lives on and will be part of my life forever in my heart, in the memories of times shared, the inspiration she has been for me, and our love for each other that doesn’t end with her physical transformation. Blessings to all who are touched by grieving her loss.
Katie’s family- I am blessed to have known Katie. As you know, she had a rare talent for causing people to smile just by her presence. I also knew George and feel they are having quite the reunion! My prayers are with you all.
At first Katie was my good friend Cheryl’s Mom. After just a few experiences together, Katie became my friend for all the reasons everyone else mentions (smiles, laughter, compassion). Katie will be remembered and missed. Forever in my heart.
In loving memory of Aunt Katie, I will be thinking of you all tomorrow as you have a party to celebrate her life and her spirit. Love to my dear cousin Cheryl, Laura and Alicia.
