Kathy L. Allman, 59, of Columbus, died at 8:55 p.m. September 22, 2022, at Hickory Creek Nursing Home.
She was born February 19, 1963, in Columbus, the daughter of Troy Jim Miracle and Carolyn Greene Miracle.
Kathy has been a warrior; battling M.S. since she was 11 years old. That didn’t stop her from enjoying her all-time favorites Big Red and chocolate to go along with a scary movie. Her favorite greeting to people was “You’re Old.” The most important thing in her life was her children.
The funeral for Kathy will be held at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Jewell Rittman Family Funeral Home with Elder Jimmy Burden officiating. Calling hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Garland Brook
Survivors include son, Larry (Olivia) Wayne Allman Jr. of Columbus; daughter, Ashlee (Scott) Nichole Wilson of Taylorsville; brothers, Timmy V. Miracle, and Jimmy A. Miracle, both of Columbus; sisters, Debbie S. Rodgers, and Laura A. Ackerman, both of Columbus; grandchildren, Blake M. Wilson, Oryon R. Allman, Destinee M. Allman, Maliek K.W. Allman, Harper L.S. Allman
She was preceded in death by her father; son, Jonathon M. Miracle; grandchildren, Brinley J.W. Wagner, and Peyton L. Chandler.
Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.

I don’t know where to begin, Kat we spent a lot of time together, I practically lived with you and Larry when Larry ( Cricket) was just born. You lived in Oxford Square. Oh the fun we had. I will always remember that you never called me Cassie you always called me little Kat, I will cherish that name forever. I love you so much and miss your home, and your race is done. I will cry for you here,but your rejoicing up there in heaven. There are so many family members in heaven waiting on you. Wait on me I will be there one day. I enjoyed spending time with Kathy at Hickory Creek. She loved to have her nails painted, attend worship services, and just be around other residents. I’ll never forget her strong hand shake, even with her MS! Brenda Showalter
