Kenneth B. Myers, 85, of Newburgh, Ind., died Monday July 16, 2007, at Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, Ind.
Kenneth was born in 1922 to Kenneth and Isabelle Brown Myers. After graduating from Shelbyville High School, Kenneth served in World War II in the Army Air Corp. He graduated from Butler University School of Pharmacy in 1950. Kenneth was a the owner of Coffman Drug Store in Columbus, Ind. After selling the store, he worked in the pharmacy department of Columbus Regional Hospital until his retirement in 1998. Kenneth resided in Columbus until 2006 when he moved to Newburgh, Ind., for health reasons. Kenneth always enjoyed a good joke, loved to travel and enjoyed stamp collecting.
Surviving are daughters, Paula Payne of Newburgh, Susan Tinkham of Greenwood, Ind., and Sarah Avolio of Columbus, Ind.; stepdaughters, Sherry Tucker, Kathy Freeman and Sandra Schafer, all of Columbus; grandchildren, Megan Dilger of Indianapolis, Andy Payne of Mishawaka, Ind., Chelsa Skinner of Indianapolis and Blair Tinkham of Greenwood; and his first wife, Barthenia Myers of Columbus.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanne Myers; and two brothers, Robert and Pete Myers.

VISITATION: Friends may visit from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at Jewell - Rittman Family Funeral Home in Columbus.
FUNERAL: Thursday, July 19, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Jewell - Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Virgil Clotfelter officiating.
BURIAL: Garland Brook Cemetery
