Kevin Darrell Smith, 48, of Columbus, passed away on March 23, 2022, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Kevin was born October 7, 1973, in Columbus, the son of Darrel and Linda Crouch Smith.
Kevin loved mudbogging, drag racing, hunting, and fishing. He loved spending time outdoors, and could always be found tinkering on anything with an engine. Kevin had a huge heart and was always willing to help anyone he knew who needed it. He will be greatly missed.
Kevin is survived by his parents; a brother Eric Smith of Edinburgh; a sister Deborah Dawn Smith of Columbus; a son, Kevin Willoughby; his grandchildren, Bryson, Addi, Hunter, Kia; his companion, Amanda Mitchell, of Columbus; a special friend Shelly Willoughby; as well as his 4 legged canine companion, Coco.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022, Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Cremation will follow.
