Wes Jones VISITATION: 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home Kevin Lee Bodkin, 54, formerly of Columbus, died at 1:32 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, at Brown County Health & Living Community. Kevin was a truck driver who loved fishing and working on motorcycles. Kevin was born Aug. 17, 1958 in Columbus, the son of John F. and Velta Allman Bodkin. Survivors include daughters, Jessica (James) Watkins of Columbus and Jennifer (Brian) Matlock of Marshfield, Mo.; a brother, Jim Knudsen of Dover, Pa.; sisters, Linda Williams of Columbus and Pat Pickren of Dover; grandchildren, Kylie Hamlin, Grace Hamlin, Maggie Matlock, Marah Watkins and Karsen Watkins. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Kevin Lee Bodkin, 54, formerly of Columbus, died at 1:32 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, at Brown County Health & Living Community.
Kevin was a truck driver who loved fishing and working on motorcycles.
Kevin was born Aug. 17, 1958 in Columbus, the son of John F. and Velta Allman Bodkin.
Survivors include daughters, Jessica (James) Watkins of Columbus and Jennifer (Brian) Matlock of Marshfield, Mo.; a brother, Jim Knudsen of Dover, Pa.; sisters, Linda Williams of Columbus and Pat Pickren of Dover; grandchildren, Kylie Hamlin, Grace Hamlin, Maggie Matlock, Marah Watkins and Karsen Watkins.

This was one of the three greatest men I have and will ever know!! I love you and miss you so much already!! Till we meet again Daddy, till we meet again!
I could talk hours and hours about this man! It sure was no easy task telling Kevin that I was going to Marry his baby girl.. all and all though everything went Well and he was a wonder Father in-law and a awesome Papaw to our Kids. Sky was the limit for Kevin and he always lite up a room. Heaven truly got a gift with Kevin. I’m sure he entered through the pearly gates in style on a chopper all the while saying ” Here I am! Challenge accepted! ” rest Well my friend, until we meet again!
I love and miss you very much Papaw!! I promise to try very hard and remember everything you told me.
