When Larry first came as part of our family, he was extremely quiet. It took years for him to really open up; once he did, he could come up with some doozies. Larry added a great deal to our family and was always a vital part of our gatherings; his presence will always be with us in our hearts and thoughts. Larry, you were a great brother to us all. We love and miss you. –Dennis

My brother in law was always a brother to me. He was the “Old Man” of our Old Folks Gathering group. He was always so kind and would do anything for us. He will truly be missed by all of us. Love for the Old Man will forever be in our hearts. I miss you Larry…
So what to say about Larry….I’ve only known the man for 5 years but in those 5 years I have learned a lot from him….I learned how much of a jokester he was man could he have me rolling….I learned that he was a road map and every time I needed to know where something was he would point me in that direction…..every Thursday night we would have family dinners and if we wasn’t going out then we would cook at home and watch wheel of fortune and jeopardy we wasn’t the greatest at guessing the puzzles but we’d get them every once in awhile…every time we would leave he would say so long be careful and love youins…….I’m not one to say love you to everyone but something told me I needed to start…..Larry will hold a special place in my heart not just as a friend but also as a wise man that I am proud to call my father in law. Rest easy Larry for we will see you again someday on the other side of the promise land.
You left a huge footprint on this earth Santee Claus! I wonder if there’s doorbells in Heaven just for you to ring?! Until we meet again, so long Grandpa…..
