Koerner, 63, of 13th Street, died Monday, June 10, 2013, at her home. She is survived by sons, Charles H. Acton II and Paul Joseph Acton, both of Columbus; daughters, Leilani Louise Baker of Columbus, and Sonya Jewell Acton of Seymour; a brother, Arthur Scott Williams; a sister, Judith Ann Johnson; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Koerner.
