Lisa L. Burton, 60, of Columbus, passed away at 11:39 a.m. Sunday, February 7, 2021 at her home. Lisa was born in Columbus on November 9, 1960 to J.T. England and Anna Jessie England. She married Danny Bruce Burton on November 18, 2002.
Lisa enjoyed going on Sunday drives, listening to music and cherished being with her grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2021 at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Calling will be from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Lisa will be laid to rest at Old Union Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lisa L. Burton Memorial Fund through the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, Danny Bruce Burton; daughters, Talisa (Clint Pickett) Eggers of Columbus, IN. Amanda (Avion Beasley) Stephens of Nashville, IN. Jayde (William) Brewer of Columbus, IN; a brother, Terry (Connie) England of Columbus, IN; sisters, Mary (James) Steuri of Greensburg, IN. Kathy Forrest of Columbus, IN; grandchildren, Keaton Lauyans, Eli Lauyans, Aria Lynn Brewer, Jasmine Eggers, Jace Brewer
Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, J.T. and Anna England; sister, Penny Brown and her mother-in-law, Lena P. Bragg.

I have so many memories of Lisa that I will cherish forever. She was my friend that I could always go to if I needed to talk and she always welcomed me. She was my buddy. I love her so very much. I will miss her everyday of my life. R.I.P. my dear friend Lisa.
