Lori Ann Hontz, 56, of Columbus, died at 1:00 on January 20, 2025 at her home. Lori was born April 23, 1968, in Columbus, the daughter of Dallas and Joyce (England) Spencer.
She enjoyed bowling, playing softball, playing cards: mainly euchre and poker, and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and doodling in her notebooks when she was bored.
The funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Jewell Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Bell officiating. Calling will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Old Union Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Center Columbus Regional.
Survivors include her mother, Joyce Spencer; son, Dustin England; daughters, Chelsea Wunder and Amanda Wade all of Columbus; brother, Jeff (Andrea) Spencer of Maryland; sister, Stacey McCarty of Columbus; grandchildren, Easton and Emerson England, Ayden and Brayleigh Hamm, Adalynn McCray, and Alyiah Wade.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dallas Spencer.
Services were entrusted to the Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
