Mrs. Bartelson is survived by a son, Phillip G. (Jean) Lutz of Bryant; a daughter Phyllis V. (Dallas) Harding of Sanford, Fla; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husbands, Philip G. Lutz Sr. and Willis Bartelson.
