Madison Dixie-Ann Baker June 28, 2010 Madison Dixie-Ann Baker, infant daughter of Thomas Custer Baker II and Kayla Dawn Branum of Franklin, died at 4 p.m. Monday, June 28, 2010, one hour after birth at Columbus Regional Hospital. Madison was a member of Come As You Are Ministries. Surviving with her parents are grandparents, Thomas Custer Baker, Veronica Lynn Baker, Mike and Julie Lashley, Teresa Branum and Walter and Cheryl Branum; great-grandparents, Barbara Keen, Chris Houston, Ken Houston, Tim and Vicki Baker, Christine Branum, Fuzz and Phyllis OConnell, Howard Branum and Norma Smith; great-great-grandparents, Amanda Crow, Maureen Hanson, Lois Bullock and Juanita Turner; aunts and uncles, Candice Baker, Amber Baker, Kinsey and David Thompson and Barrett Branum; and godparents, Andrew and Ashley Jones. She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Oliver Keen and Ed Smith; and a great-great-grandfather, Henry Bullock. Funeral Information FUNERAL: 1 p.m. Monday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. CALLING: 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from noon until service time Monday. BURIAL: Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery.
