Maria was born October 20, 1965, in Xalapa, Ver Mexico, the daughter of Emigdio Martinez Duran and Guadalupe Martinez. In memory of the greatest woman, daughter, mother, grandmother and sister, you will always be in our hearts. In this short start of your new life we hope you rest in the arms of God and keep watch over us as you always did. We will remember you every moment of our lives as the brave person that you always were. We love you. Survivors include her mother, Guadalupe Martinez of Xalapa, Ver Mexico; a son, Julio C. Garmendia and Haidy Espinosa of Seymour and daughters, Brenda D. Espinoza and Jacinto Zarate of North Vernon and Elizabeth Espinoza and Peter Soler of Columbus; brothers, Manuel Martinez, Martin Martinez and Ignacio Martinez and a sister, Maria Flores; and grandchildren, Angel Zarate, Vielka Garmendia, Joel Soler, Alondra Zarate, Genesis Soler, C.J. Garmendia and Jamari Soler. She was preceded in death by her father, Emigdio Martinez Duran.
