  2. Mickey was a very hard worker, and loved her family with a passion. Life threw Mickey some very hard pitches, but Mickey stood strong through it all. She would not hesitate to drive hours and hours just to visit family, and I have seen her do it many times. Rest In Peace Mickey — You Have Earned It !!! — Cousin Larry

  3. Mickey was an awesome friend! We studied together throughout our college days, studied after classes at night and studied some more. We stewed and fretted about taking our boards and jumped for joy when we found out we passed and were both RNs. Mickey was able to come with us to Hawaii, where we enjoyed all the beauty there, enjoyed snorkeling, swimming and site seeing. She came to visit me in Iowa where we caught up on all that was going on with each other. Mickey was a very hard worker and would call me talking about her jobs. Her heart went out to her patients! She cared for everyone! She would do anything to help others, and never asked anything in return. Mickey was an awesome person, nurse, mother, and friend. She was always there when someone needed help! She was also very proud of her family and was always talking about them. Mickey had set backs in her life, but endured and succeeded in forging on with her strength and belief in God. I have been blessed to have her In my life as a dear friend, and I will miss her dearly! Prayers for you all in this trying time.
